Iphie Chuks-Adizue
Iphie knows what it feels like to look successful on the outside — and feel lost, stuck and disconnected on the inside. She started her career at Procter & Gamble Nigeria in 2005, but somewhere between work, marriage and motherhood, she lost her confidence, her dreams and even her ability to dream.
Everything changed in 2010 after surviving an ectopic pregnancy. Faced with the question "Why was I spared?", she began a journey of rediscovery, purpose and bold action — launching a side-business, finally getting promoted, and rising into senior leadership and the C-Suite.
Today, Iphie is the Managing Director, Africa at Global Citizen, a seasoned board director (FINCA Microfinance Bank, CAP Plc, RichGreen Masters Capital), founder of the Uncommon Woman Movement, and author of The Uncommon Woman and Made for MORE.
She knows what it feels like to lose yourself — and find your way back without everything else falling apart. If she can, so can you.
